Tau Sigma Phi - ΤΣΦ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 3.5 I haven't heard much from them in a while, I think they are putting in work to improve their org and outgrow their old reputation which is always nice to see. even though I haven't met many of their sisters, the ones I did meet were nice so I wish them the best <3

Tau Sigma Phi - ΤΣΦ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 4.4 Honestly, I only interacted with them once at Pledge Pub but that was really a fun night. The sisters I met hyped me up when I was crying in the bathroom lol, real ones fr!! Obviously that's a small interaction in the grand scheme of things but as someone who doesn't go out much I'm glad I got to spend it with these ladies. They showed kindness to me in a vulnerable moment and that speaks to their character, I hope I'll meet more of them soon!

You are absolutely right. Unlike other sororities, Tau Sigma Phi is a predominantly white sorority and there is not enough BIPOC representation. Some of my responses were deleted but I pointed out that Greek Life has its roots in racism and the sorority should acknowledge it and have more BIPOC representation and inclusion (not just tokenizing them)

My organization is so black and I’m proud because hardly any other organization in Ottawa can say that. Oh congrats you’re apart of one of the 10 sororities full of white girls.. so interesting and diverse... (now here is when I eyeroll) it really shows a lot that you don’t understand how people just want to be seen and represented... smh
