The definition of a middle tier house. Were on the rise a few years ago but have had 2 bad pledge classes in a row. They don't throw anymore parties. The only thing they have is grades because they kick out brothers

The guys that are in this frat seem like they really get along with another but don't associate greatly with the outer community. The house is pretty old and the guys just kind of sit around, smoke, and play video games which I guess is fine if that's what you're into.

They seem nice and have a great brotherhood but they are extremely socially awkward especially with girls! If they learned to be friends with girls especially when girls approach them, they would be a lot better!
