New updated frat rankings

Top:
Sig Chi: These guys are monsters. They swept rush this year by snagging most SAE’s top guys. Sick house and good parties besides not being able to throw for the first three weeks. They are trying to change the narrative of their past surfer/stoner stereotype and take the SAE frat bro/business club route.
Sig Nu: Underwelming pc this year but will see how they develop. Still throwing the best parties on the row with arguably the best house and location. However they do not have a good presence in business clubs.
Sig Ep: Great new class with getting some of the top guys. House is in a terrible location but they have solid parties and good business connections.
SAE: A let down this year pc wise, but still have the best presence in business clubs and great sorority relationships.
Upper Mid:
Phi Psi: Great house and nice guys. Been working there way up since getting the new house. Alright sorority relationships and non-existent in business clubs. However, throw solid parties.
Beta: Great class this year over past years. Have an amazing house in a great location. Throw solid parties and have mid sorority relationships.
Mid:
AEPI: Tend to keep their pcs smaller and have a solid group of guys. Don’t throw very many parties and their house is probably the worst on the row, but they have great connections.
Theta Chi: Girls love them and they have decent parties. They are also known as the “gay house” but are a solid group of guys.
TAXI: Crazy good house for darties with the pool and are starting to collab with the top houses. Best pc they have had in a while and are on the come up.
ZBT(ex-lambda): All of the lambda guys that re-rushed joined ZBT and they are solid unlike years before. Maybe in a couple of years they will make a return to the top.
Bottom:
Sig pi: I think they have certian houses that throw at there house. PC is the same as all of the last years and they have no momentum.
TDX: They throw one party with sig ep and SAE every year that is good. They also get a couple of cool djs. Besides that I don’t think they have a pc this year.
PIKE: They just started up last year and got a pc. Great news for them, but they have a lot of work to do.
Dsig: not much is known about them but they are probably nice dudes
