Guy friend of mine is moving in. It's just a large apartment that's mainly being filled with Greeks. The only people who are freaking out about this are GDIs that are butthurt because there will be another place they won't be allowed to party in.

i partied at sdsu where they have sigtopia which is a house with SAE and sig chi guys, so if its real it might be like that
