Nope, neither kappa nor pi phi will likely be having informal rush because they both had great pc's despite all the garbage posted here. And Pi phi does not always have informal. That's just a straight up lie.

From the looks of it only AGD ADPI and KD DID NOt MEET QUOTA. Alll other houses met quota and are at capacity which means they can not take any more members.
