with Lambda Chi doing so well I heard they are looking into buying the ZBT house and expanding.

Yep, none of their members can afford their dues so they're nearly bankrupt, on top of their house being condemned by the county for being so disgusting and unsafe.

Since zbt is losing their home and they had questionable pledge classes this year def falling.

I heard they're going to try and take TDX house, they barely have any members and their house is huge. Is this true?

i dont think so, i heard they are "taking" aepi's house. since ZBT rents it out to them, they are just gonna kick them out and make it into their zbt house. from what i heard
