no particular rankings within rankings although general consensus agrees that Theta has been falling and Pi phi has too. ad pi on the rise.

Piphi is more mid/low tier now with their recent PCs. Aren't the party house anymore. Hopefully they bring themselves back to Mid Top with this PC

How did alpha phi rise and tri delt fall? Just curious- tri delt was a top house in the 90s and alpha phi was bottom of upper mid. DG was number one- then Kappa and Theat.
