Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 The truth is that Chi O has been top of middle tier for a while, and their PC 13 was pretty much on par with it. GPhi and Pi Phi have been rising, so if Chi O wants to secure their spot as top of middle or try to move even more up, their next PC has to be even better.
