They keep to themselves and though they may have some cool guys, they don't mix well with sororities because the guys in their house aren't the "outgoing" type.

I know what's going on around the Row, and I'm impressed by how much this house has improved in the past 2-3 years- they won UCLA's Most Improved Fraternity Award last year. Went from zero rep to mid-tier without trying to party their way to the top, and they're hands-down the most diverse house. No stereotypical fratty meat-heads here. Seems like their alumni are heavily-invested in their success. In a few years, Theta Chi, Lambda Chi, and Phi Psi will be among the top houses.

I've come by here the last two years and being entirely honest they've got themselves from nothing when I was a freshman to like mid tier today. House isn't much, but they've started throwing pretty descent parties and they've had some solid rushes. A lot of guys are low key, some are pretty wild, but overall they have one of the tightest brotherhoods for sure. Got a ways to go but on the right track.

These kids are awesome. They are working on solving global warming, they helped tear down the Berlin Wall, and they volunteer every Saturday to fight terrorism. Sure they're not the frattiest guys, but c'mon who else is working on curing cancer on the row?

At first, I was skeptical with the Pirates theme for their quarterly but when I went with some friends, it was really fun! Apparently they had a professional DJ doing it for free. Some bros introduced themselves and offered some drinks to be welcoming. Overall fun night but they're not up there yet. They had a decent turnout but if it was SAE, all the rooms would've been filled. Keep tryin boys!
