Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.8 Speaking from the heart, this house is up and coming. It's filled with a lot of nice guys that want to bring their rep up so badly its working against them. About a third of the guys in the house don't give a damn about the fraternity's rank and are just looking to have a good time. Try and meet some of those guys in the house before making any assumptions about the house as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised to see this house become a top house in the next few years.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.8 I think theta chi is an up and coming house. They have had some problems with risk management, but I assume that the media likes to blow stories way out of proportions, especially those related to greek life. I see more and more of them wearing letters and showing up in numbers to events. Last year they were a stagnant house in my opinion, but this year they have shown a lot of ambition.
