Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.8 Some are alright but then the younger ones don't really know how to the talk to the girls and the older ones somehow think they're hot but they're consistently bottom even with having a pool and parties are average at best and they had to buy bunny ears just to get girls to go to their party

Yet they're already surpassed in every way by their neighbor Phi Psi, a house that just came back onto the row. Their pledges are the guys other houses didn't want, older guys are just plain lame, and their parties are not lit. True bottom house year after year
