Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.0 Theta Xi, even with their pool, is a bottom house. It's so weird... how do both houses with pools (them and TDX) end up on the bottom? They can't compete with their next door neighbor Phi Psi even tho Phi Psi just came back, girls go there to pregame and then head right next door, and the guys are awkward. Their best parties are during the summer apparently, which tells you something about what kinda house they are
