Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.0 These dudes are the definition of a wannabe house: not as popular as SAE, not as smart as Lambda, not as fun as Beta but of course they’ll act like they’re better than all three. They’re lost in the glory days of when they were “top” a couple years ago... they weren’t even top then, let this house fade into the irrelevance it deserves.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.5 These boys are always in trouble, FSL and IFC want nothing to do with them, most people expect them to be gone soon. It’s a shame that they’ll drag a couple decent dudes down with them, but this house is nothing special. More trouble than they’re worth.
