And their party sucked cause of sig pi's foam party. Its pretty embarrassing when the only big party you throw sucks.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.8 self rank much??? I went to their quarterly last night, was terrible and not crowded, I can't believe I am saying this but AEPI had a better quarterly. It was a mistake for them to have a quarterly the same night as Sigma Pi (which had the best party by far last night)

Shows their commitment to being better than your average "frat guy", Great house great pool

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.6 These guys aren't top but I have no idea why!! Went to a party at their house last night and it was awesome!! Their house is really fun for parties and the guys are really sweet. Their DJ was amazing and someone told me he's in the house! Can't wait to come to their quarterly and party with them again. More people should honestly check them out they'll be top if things keep going this way!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 Definitely on the up and up! These guys really know how to have a great time and treat girls well. Their house is probably one of the best to actually party at (it's huge) and every time I've been there they've shown everyone a good time. Has crazyyyyyy potential to be a top house. Have a pool. House is great for parties. Guys are sweet and awesome. Don't get why some just ride them off. They're comin up and fast and like that other person said I also heard their quarterly is gonna be nuts!

The guys there really know how to show everyone a good time and were very welcoming and not creepy. They're really cute too!! The DJ was a brother in the house and he rocked!!! Definitely looking forward to another party there!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 Their house was rechartered in 2006 I believe and they are definitely on the rise. Heard that they had the largest pledge class this quarter and they truly have potential. House is really nice and so are the guys. They all seem like they have a strong brotherhood. All the parties I've been to there were really fun and unlike some of the "top" houses the guys here actually aren't creeps and there's some really cute ones!

Their house was rechartered in 2006 I believe and they are definitely on the rise. Heard that they had the largest pledge class this quarter and they truly have potential. House is really nice and so are the guys. They all seem like they have a strong brotherhood. All the parties I've been to there were really fun and unlike some of the "top" houses the guys here actually aren't creeps and there's some really cute ones!
