Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 okay The hate on these guys needs to stop; yes, I'm sure there are some selfrankers in the house but there are some in every one. regardless, they've won 4 house sweethearts in the last year, had the biggest PC on the row for 2 quarters straight now, threw an awesome quarterly in the fall, and apparently now they have the best house on the west coast. plus their parties are only getting better. No they're not a top house but theyre very much on the rise, anyone who can't see that is just ignoran
