Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.2 They are the coolest guys I know. They aren't super broey and douchie, and I personally like that. They are the chiller guys with really good parties. They have a few good looking guys but most are average in the looks department. Overall, my favorites.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 5.0 Definitely a house that gives a down to earth vibe. Not your dbag frat guys, but more like people you would chill with outside of a party scene.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.6 I would call them a high middle house. Nice guys (not super hot, but okay), and really academic and smart. I don't feel like I"m as ASU or San Diego State when I go to their parties.
