Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.4 i would put these guys and ZBT at the top. definitely rivals with ZBT. really hot older guys. dont really have any sophomore and then have an awful pledge class. always on social prob but they still have fun parties. the house is definitely carried by their juniors. still always have a great time hear tho. definitely better than sig chi and sig ep.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.6 let's be completely honest, whenever you hear girls talk about their little frat hop experiences you always hear them say something great about this house.. They are not douche bags they are simply a top tier house with a group of good guys who are in a frat. yes there are other good houses that can compete with this house.. but thats just it. this house is the house that other ppl compare to. top tier house at ucla, if not the top.. even with their partial social probation or whatever.
