This house is probably known as the house with the highest self-rank on campus. They are in corner of land fair too, NOT a good house.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 PiKapp has had a great fall pledge class, and their quarterly was a lot of fun. Really like these guys, they're chill and don't give off weird vibes at all. Definitely coming back soon.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.0 If it is not wholey obvious, these reviews are almost entirely self-written by members of this chapter. There is a reason that a bottom-tier house has the highest ratings, and it isn't that they suddenly became really cool. This house is still pretty gooby, they have a lot of creeps, and their parties are still pretty lame. They have one of the lowest pledge retention rates on the row, likely due to guys joining a different house than they imagined from these reviews.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.6 As second years, my friends and I are basically over going to frats to party but we somehow always end up at pikapp at the end of the night. Since going to my first PiKapp party fall of last year I've really grown to love these guys! They're really approachable, nice, and a good amount of them are pretty cute too! And they actually play good music.. Overall, really solid guys! :)
