Not to mention one of them walking me home to make sure I was okay. Their parties have gotten noticeably bigger and better, definitely coming back next week <3

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 5.0 I agree with below about location. Since there house isn't where Beta is, people don't notice as much. But I seriously consider them a top house. Me and all my girls always spend most of our time there on Thursday nights and it's where we've had the most fun, and yes I'm in a top house (not disclosing where I'm in). Their quarterly this fall was so crowded I couldn't even walk across the room and in general their parties have never been boring. Nicest guys, they go hard, so much fun! Love ya! <3

Their location isn't the best which hurts them, but if you actually go over to their house it won't take you long to see how fun their parties are and how much you love the guys there. Without a doubt, they are definitely at the top of the mid tier, and I definitely see them on the rise. Love the house overall and will always come back!!!
