Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.0 They seemed to be kinda fun, genuine, and a little awkward overall. It seemed like their parties didn't really have many of their own guys though. I hear about them a lot on campus but don't see them much around as a group.

Biggest/cleanest/newest house on the row that has A LOT of potential. Definitely rising up in the rankings fast considering that they came back, like two quarters ago? or a year ago? Something like that

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 5.0 Solid Fraternity. Their pledges are some of the most genuine guys I have met. The parties that I have went to have had an amazing DJ that is the best on the row. Phi Psi will be top house by spring quarter if they keep up the momentum. The house is absolutely amazing also.
