Get NOOOOO respect from any guys as they don't have pledging and some of the guys are feminine, but they are kinda fun to party with. Rivaling Beta for best in the mid tier. Nobody should say this is a top tier house though, as they honestly never will be one.

Upper mid tier frat. Get NOOOOO respect from any guys as they don't have pledging and some of the guys are feminine, but they are kinda fun to party with. Rivaling Beta for best in the mid tier. Nobody should say this is a top tier house though, as they honestly never will be one.
