I got to say, the new chapter seems to be up and coming. They made a come back this past fall and are now full of a variety of people. They have guys that are in ROTC as well as several organized sports, including rowing and volleyball. I definitely would like to see where they are heading. I heard that they rented out their house while they were off the scene, with the current inhabitants being Sigma Alpha Mu, and the next being Pi Kapp (word has it their house is sinking, lol)

I love these guys! My first interaction with them was a sober and I had so much fun talking to them. I enjoyed them so much I went surfing with one of them. I would love to do more events with them sober or not. I hope they get their house finished soon when they do that they will easily be a top horse.

Honest review- this frat has been out of the light for a while now and from what I've heard had some serious issues in their past, but With their resurgence this past fall and winter quarter they have left an amazing impression. The vast majority of the brothers are very active and athletically built but still capable of quality conversation. They have a big focus on how they carry themselves and show class in the way they talk and treat those they interact with though they still have a great time ;) will be a future top tier.

New kids on the block. Heard the UCLA chapter was inactive for a couple a years, but their national recently reboot the chapter and the fraternity had a large turnout their first quarter. Their chapter has guys in ROTC, NCAA athletics, and more. They definitely stick to their motto "better men, better lives." Once they have a house they will definitely be a top fraternity.

New chapter is all about class and respect. A good group of gentleman but have limited social events because they don't have their house back yet. Once they do they will be a top house!

Most of the cool older guys left since they lost their house or graduated. The new pledges seem okay, but this house still have along way to go. On the rise!

This house come back to campus this quarter. So far, there are 3 volleyball players, a lot of athletics, and ROTC members. Their national visited our sorority house last week to introduce them self.
