Selfranked for life. Noone enjoys going to apartments party. You can do that at the board club.

Really DSP... three of the same 5 star rankings in a row, all on the same day, within a couple minutes apart?... Where is your rush even going to happen? Sammy has your house. You currently have no house, and don't have a place to party.

This is not a good fraternity from what I heard. All of the former Delta Sigs decided to leave the house and none of the people I knew wanted to rejoin because their house was rented out. The new pledges do not know each other and can hardly tell you about their fraternity. Anyway, there are some athletes in the house, which is a plus-I'm talking about DIV-I NCAA and not clubsport. :)

I had no clue who these guys were until last year. I saw them bring pugs on campus! Only went to one of their parties but it was really fun. Apparently it wasn't hosted at their house but I heard they are getting one soon.

Fun and cute guys with a very promising future. They have mostly volleyball players. So that's a plus.

No house, check them out in maybe 5 years from this post. They might get their house back but parties are lame, the guys are not good at talking to girls, they don't know each other, and why would you want to rush a house without an actual house. It becomes way cheaper to live in a fraternity than anywhere else so why not reap the benefits of it from an actual fraternity instead of them. Ask them who their executive board is and they can't name their own brothers.

Don't know each other, and have to use other fraternities for parties because they don't have a house. It rebuilt, and has plenty of brothers but no house, weird parties, and horrible brotherhood.

They are a solid group of men who truly live by their mottos. They are new on campus and show great potential in the years to come. Given that they do not have a house yet, it is amazing all they have accomplished. I can't wait to see what these gentlemen do in their next few years on campus.

Honest review - Genuine group of guys, while they don't have a house and aren't very active in philanthropy events, the people in this frat seem like genuine individuals, unlike some of the DSP guys from last year. I've only been to two of their apartment parties that I've been invited to, but I get great vibes so far! These guys make it a point to make you feel welcome and they're super nice. Still middle tier due to a lack of involvement on campus, but they're going to be a top house soon once they get their house back - without a doubt.
