Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.5 Delt Sig is solidly middle-tier. Anyone who gives them 5's is either: (a) a Delt Sig or (b) a Delt Sig pretending to be a chick. Not sayin they'll never ascend to top tier status- just they've got a lot of work to do to get there.
