Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at California State University, Fullerton - CSUF 1.2 My mom had breast cancer and recently passed away...I wanted to join because I wanted support and validation with what I’m going through. I know I will feel this emptiness forever from experiencing losing my mom. Idk where my head is at or what to do, but now it seems like my conversations aren’t genuine because it seems like there’s so much hate they spread behind closed doors. This sucks. Breast cancer awareness comes first to me, but I don’t wanna be part of something that’s toxic behind closed doors. Idk someone help me please :”((

You should not let a few people’s petty drama on here dictate how you feel about your connections with who you’ve talked to. There’s always gonna be people you don’t like in life, same as how there’s always gonna be a couple bad apples in your chapter. If everyone listened to anything bad anyone had to say about all the chapters, there would be no one in them.

Please do not tell me how to feel. I lost my mother to breast cancer, and you’re basically telling me to get over it and still pursue this sorority. I actually feel seriously about Breast Cancer Awareness.

I didn’t say a thing about how you should feel about your mom. I’m telling you that the “hate you see spreading” is the work of a couple girls adding fire to this stupid feud and it’s clearly working if you’re gonna be manipulated by it. My point was your genuine conversations were real and that should be more important than some anonymous haters online trying to make both chapters look bad.

Really fun greek week partners even though we didn’t have greek week and they’re all so sweet and kind, can’t wait to see these girls at our parties next semester
