Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority Ratings at CSUF

Really not sure what to do. The girls here are so nice and i know that it’s up to me to take it upon myself to attend events and stuff but after everyone warning me that they rarely even participate in events with other chapters I feel like it’ll be hard to branch out alone

Ugh, ZTAs are literally all so nice it doesn’t make sense why people are trying to bash them. To any PNM reading: you should’ve already heard that sorority life is what you make of it. Every chapter has mixers, hosts philanthropy events, has formals, participates in greek week, etc. It’s up to YOU if you want to branch out and show up to parties and mingle with other greek life members. Even if you end up in a sorority that’s considered less social, you’re not confined to that label. Take it from someone whose met plenty of ZTAs: They don’t deserve any of this hate (you can’t even tell who posts what on here anyway) and there’s not much to NOT like about them since they’re super genuine girls that are in it because they love their sisters and care about their philanthropy.

Yikes, not sure which SK has such a vendetta against ZTA that they feel the need to try and trash on them on here, but this only proves their crappy character. ZTAs are the sweetest and least problematic girls on campus who also host super successful events. They're more reserved, sure, but that's a lot better than pretending to be a PNM that's experienced a death from breast cancer to try and put this chapter in a bad light. Tiers literally do not matter to a girl who loves their chapter but ofc "someone" feels the need to try and say ZTA is bottom tier to try to make themselves look like they're "higher". If you're still so bitter about not making it into a "top" house that you have to try and drag an unproblematic house through the mud, you shouldn't be in greek life.

Sad that they’re now known for falling off and being the next bottom house :( and then they ruined their rep even more by being nasty to other chapters :/ Save your money if you want to be involved over the next couple years because it’s not looking good for them

i wish they were more involved because it makes me feel bad for all their members who waste their money to not do anything. the girls are nice, some are cute, and they seem to have so much potential but they just keep declining every year and becoming more irrelevant

they were cool a few years ago but they’ve been on a serious decline :/ never showed up to events and who knows how they’ll recover now that school is virtual - they may end up being the next DZ with only a few members :(

i really love all the girls that i've been meeting and i could imagine myself as a zta. they're definitely one of my favorites right now. seems like such a close sisterhood!

They really could be a lot better if they showed up more to events and parties. Girls seem really close but it's almost like the entire sorority is "introverted" ? They just need to show up more tbh there's not really much to not like about them

ZTAs are some of the sweetest girls on campus. They keep to themselves a lot though but some are more social than others. They usually don’t stir up drama so I’m not sure what the root of all the drama on here is about but it’s pretty unnecessary.

I know the person commenting is saying that I shouldn’t let a couple bad people influence how I feel about this sorority, but I have to think about do I want to be around this type of negativity if I get in. I’m sorry but I don’t. I want a fun and meaningful time in college.
