Nice group of guys. Just have ZERO social life. They rush kids for numbers, not their personality, etc. Lots of weirdos. Middle tier is all they will ever be without a dominant social life.

They seem like a nice group of guys that don't really mess with anybody. But when it comes to what makes a top-tier fraternity they don't got it.

Used to be top tier in just about every facet (many national awards) but has fallen off hard in recent years as far as social life and popularity. Their brotherhood has remained strong as well as their campus involvement. Not your typical fraternity in many ways and is thus a steady, middle tier fraternity. If you consider them top tier, you are overlooking some of the most important aspects of greek life and are wrong.

Classiest most values driven fraternity on campus. They take good care of the girls at parties, I've seen some members look after and tend to those who find themselves feeling sick at the end of a night. Not your typical fraternity at all.
