Phi Psi - Won recruitment last year. Girls love them. Parties are always fun. Definitely rising to top tier status. Snu, KA and ATO (frats that you guys have ahead of Phi Psi don’t come close) These guys are soo hot too

Pike - Another house girls love. Every freshman girl loves pike. Best lodge and craziest parties by far. Hot guys that are crazy… They should be top 5 by now. Stop putting them as mid tier

Kappa Sigma - Just moved into one of the biggest lodges. That alone is enough to get them on this list. Growing in popularity. Heading in right direction. I’d put them somewhere in the middle

Sigma Chi - Sigma Chi is seriously getting good. Newest PC is really helping them. Fun guys and I think they’re better than ATO (Hot take ik).. They are going to be a top house within 5 years based off national recognition alone
