Honestly I’ve never seen a Theta that isn’t white. It’s kinda weird. Also some girls are nice i’m sure but everyone I’ve met is judgemental and looks down on all the other sororities. They’re a top house but for those reasons I still think they’re shady.

All the people trash talking theta on here are 100% piphis, bc they’re super worried theta is gonna out rank them soon LOL. They’ve beat piphi in grades for a couple years, get gorgeous pledge classes and have a beautiful lodge. Plus they aren’t snobs

Lol most of these girls are obsessed with spray tans and are orange. There’s a few i’ve met that are cool but majority are all the same. Care too much about the way they look. I’d say middle tier because Kappa, Pi phi, and Tri delt are top 3.

Don’t make opinions on houses off of Greek rank. Make your decisions off of your conversations with the girls, that’s how you’ll know which house you like. All of the sororities are great and if you do this process the right way, you will find life long friends. Im posting this on each house. Each house deserves your time and each house has been working super hard. Keep an open mind. Greekrank is not the way to go.
