Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.0 I went to one of their party’s and it wasn’t bad, they are just really small so you get more of that pre game environment. If they could get more numbers and higher quality pledges they could really go somewhere, still better than a lot of fraternity’s on campus
