Good guys, nice off campus house, fun parties, not the biggest name on campus but honestly I kind of like how it feels much more tight knit than some other fraternities but that's just me

This chapter of theta chi is just awful. They have a small off-campus house where they throw lowkey parties every 3 weeks, don’t have a hoco partner again, don’t have the “IT” factor etc. Grades are decent but they just lack that quality that makes Greek life special. All of this is why they pull surprisingly big pledge classes for small Greek (20+ new members) but lose so many of them as time progresses...

One of their pledges last semester asked me to hangout every other night. It was soooo creepy. I don’t think they’re that good tbh

They’re a fraternity for quirkier guys. I haven’t heard of any parties that they throw nor any big events. I think they just keep to themselves. Have a house off campus but it’s just not the same as having one on Greek circle.

Small Greek, no house on campus. Pretty much irrelevant.. not as bad as TKE for example, but still not good

Going to homecoming with the Christian Sorority, have a nice off campus house, love these guys really nice guys who know how to have fun definitely top small greek
