This frat pulled in a bunch of weirdo pledges and will probably pull in a bunch of creeps in the spring too. They prefer quantity over quality so they can have enough money to pay for their big ass house. If no other frat gives you a bid, rush pike for sure

If you get cut by every other house rush pike because you can always get a bid there. These guys want to be like there other chapters, but obviously airnt. They should focus more on quality of pledges than just trying to pay off their house.

PIKEs are well known across the nation. Unfortunately, TTU PIKE is one of the worst chapter. Nice lodge though and it’s kind of them for letting the Zetas use their house 🏡

Has a bunch of good dudes. Rumor going around that alumni are backing out of funding so they took a large PC to pay for house. That maybe why some of the pledges are strange. Threw a good party on the first day of school but haven’t heard of anything else from them socially.
