Ive been here 4 yrs & they have been somewhere in the mid/upper-mid most of that. Started to steadily rise last fall when a few other top/upper tier fraternities started to decline. Their parties this semester are hands down the best. Got their biggest and best looking PC in a while this fall. Really the only thing keeping them from being considered top 3 at this point is association. Would really like to see Fiji PDT SAE do more w/ them, I think everyone involved would benefit from it

one of my good buddies is a ks here, i come up to tech from sm alot and I always have a great time with them, their brotherhood is very strong, and the ladies really seem to respect how polite they are.its safe to say i take quite a bit of mental notes for my chapter back home.frat on.

Pledge class this year is really hot and true gentlemen. I went to a bunch of parties last year where I felt very respected and had an awesome time and all the guys were great and social! Coastal and Bourbon Street are a blast. Definitely a top tier fraternity and on the rise with this awesome new pledge class!

Somewhat agree with last rank. Dont hangout with them that much but have been to most their big parties the last 2yrs. Have def stepped it up. Separated themselves from KA & SigEp last yr, & honestly Delt too do far this semester. Hard to put a numerical ranking on them, but their last few parties have been top tier-esque.
