Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 1.0 The guys I know who were brothers of this chapter before they got kicked off were very fraternal. But all these guys who are starting this chapter up are some weird and creepy ass mf’s and i know they won’t be anything near what they used to. Oh also, AZD has an indefinite lease on yalls house so i’d stop telling kids yall are getting the house back in fall to try and get more kids when yall aren’t bc then they’re just gonna drop and go somewhere else

Y’all own the house, but y’alls nationals signed AZD on an indefinite lease with a ridiculous buyout which y’alls nationals won’t pay bc it’s more logical for them to make money from AZD compared to spending millions to buy them out of their lease for a chapter that was recently reinstated so good luck 🤷‍♂️😂😂
