Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 3.0 I applaud them for trying to start something new from nothing, because it doesn't look easy. But from the guys that I've met and seen, it seems like they're going in the right direction. I think once they start getting more guys and are able to grow, they'll start to move up.

Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 1.0 Group of sneed guys who tried to start a fraternity, ended up being a complete and total failure, no ZTA would comment on this by the way. They didn't recruit one person and there "founders" aren't even initiated DKE they've been national pledges for two semesters now. Quite sad.
