Getting better but still definitely a mixed bag. It seems like the girls here are either really hot and fun or really weird. At least they're mostly chill and don't have the stuck up vibe that some other sororities have.

A bit of a mixed bag overall but last couple PCs have been mostly hot and as far as personalities go Theta is by far my favorite. DG and Aphi have plenty of cool girls as well and are more hot, but a lot of them are also pretty stuck up and won't associate with anyone outside of the top two frats and sororitys. Theta is fun to party with, mostly attractive, and chill. Definitely on the rise; look forward to seeing their new pledge class this year.

Good looking, fun girls who are also really genuine and don't have the stuck up vibe that some other top sororities here have. Pretty much great all around, really tells you something when the only negative thing people can say about them is that they "party too much" (which most don't even view as a negative).

Their last PC is definitely the best one along with Delta Gamma's PC. Theta is up and coming and most frats say their favorite parties are with the Thetas

So much self ranking going here. These girls are fun and did somewhat well in rush, but I would not consider them top tier. So many girls drop before initiation and it's such a random mix. Frats like to mix with them because they'll hook up with anyone. I like most of the girls I know in Theta, but top tier is a reach and the self ranking is painfully obvious.

They're decent but wayyyy overhyped on here and definitely not top tier. They have some baddies but they also have a lot of weird and average-looking girls. Several girls drop each year so Theta usually ends up doing COB both Winter and Spring quarter to make up for it and takes just about anyone who comes through. I know a lot of randos who got in that way.
