Looks like Aphi is deleting rankings... Seriously get off your high horse and recognize how shallow your recruitment is. Only accepting girls who you deem attractive and wealthy enough to be in, without even meeting the PNM or considering convos, is insane and so demeaning to both PNMs and active members. We should be above that by now, do better.

There's no doubt that a phi is popular on campus, but they come across as elitist and exclusionary. They’re the blonde, rich "pretty girl" sorority but they're not known for much beyond that. Individually, the a phis I've met are really cool. But as a group they act very elitist and exclusionary. Definitely cannot say much for their sisterhood, they don't seem to genuinely and collectively care about each other let alone other sororities
