Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Texas Pan American - UTPA 2.0 I strongly dilike this chapter, they are ego centered and walk around with sticks up thier ass. Havent met one guy that says they arent the best around, question. If they were to rush kappa sig at any other university, MAJOR university no doubt none would make it. Give away bids like it aint nothing but a thang.
