Explanation: I know many people have differring opinions on the top three or four houses. The consensus is Pike #1 (they had a great year), Sigep #2, (they had a good year) and Phi Psi #3 (they had a bad year) so thats what I put. There is a good argument to be had that AEPi is also a top house, they had a good year.

they are clearly #7. They're not as good as the top 6 but no other fraternity is better than them.

Also, the reason I put phi psi at number 3, is because a lot of girls consider them to be the #1 house and they compete with pike and sig ep at rush. They have a townhouse and strong presence. Now I have them ranked below pike and sig ep and maybe even aepi.
They lost most of their top recruits to pike but they're still pretty solid. Thats why I put them at 3. They have some good parties and are probably better at athletics than the ones lower on this list except maybe aepi.

Because spreading baseless lies is completely respectable and legitimate. Grow up and either get to try to get to know the fraternity that you clearly know nothing about, or stop lying and say something to one of them.

I am a freshman unaffiliated to a greek organization. I wanted to focus on my grades, but next year I am going to rush and I am going to put most of my effort into Pike. They are by and large, the best fraternity. Every fraternity here at GW has its pros and cons, but Pikes are generally the best looking and most normal guys here at GW. They have fun parties, girls seem to like them, though they do have a rep of being douche bags to girls. If you go to GW you quickly learn Pike is top.

You're an idiot if you skip rush freshman year. Not only is freshman year the best year in greek life, but Pike strongly prefers freshman recruits.
Additionally, Pike actually helps kids get better grades. Good grades and greek life aren't mutually exclusive.
Unless you really bring something to the table, you'll probably end up without a bid from any of the top houses. But especially Pike.

If you have any disagreements please explain why. This list was made considering popularity, involvement, parties, athletics and recent pledge classes.
Not sure what is wrong with this list. I can see arguments for some being moved up or down one place at most.
