Top-
pike- mostly goes clubbing, not many parties, get hottest girls, rich
sig chi- don't really club, best house parties, don't get hottest girls, best brotherhood
zbt- similar to pike in more of a clubbing frat, rich city kids, house parties on the rise
kappa sig- increasingly on the rise, good newer pcs, house too small for parties, lots of internationals
ka/delt- ???

You must not get invited to anything/ go out at all Bc these are very inaccurate. Kappa sig has a new house in DuPont that’s huge and dope for parties. Pike can’t even get people to show up to their pregames sometimes, only gets desperate alpha phis. Pike does get tables, but most times I see pikes surrounded by girls, it’s at a table, girls using them for their money. That doesn’t make you a top frat. Sig chi is your only semi accurate description, except sig chi boys get the best girls. Most girls in the top sororitys prefer sig chi and kappa sig to pike. U literally have no clue what you’re talking about...
