The only sorority on this list that is way too high is sdt so its pretty clear where this is coming from..

any ranking where kd is above aephi, pi phi, or sdt is innacurate and probably written by a kd or someone who is misinformed. they are so sweet but are only above phi sig (for now) or at best, equal to pi phi, sdt, and aephi. give them a couple years and they will be great!

They are for sure better than SDT. Maybe a bit better than Pi Phi. I'd say aephi is still above them just based on hotness.
