Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 2.6 Girls may like them because they're accepting, nice and non-threatening but they're not really top tier. Maybe in a few years if Pike doesn't bounce back. Thats really a best case scenario for them.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.6 Either 2nd or 3rd best fraternity on campus. Pledge class is one of the best they've ever had. Apparently they're on a never ending upswing. Good for them.. glad to have some nice guys kill it on campus.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 1.0 I am a freshman unaffiliated to a greek organization. I wanted to focus on my grades, but this spring, I am going to rush and I am going to be putting most of my effort into PIKE. They are by and large the best fraternity. Every fraternity has its pros and cons, but Pikes are generally the best looking and most normal guys at GW. They have fun parties, girls seem to like them, though they do have a rep of being douche bags to girls. If you go to GW, you quickly learn PIKE is top.

Definitely the most involved top-tier fraternity on campus (Chapter of the Year), but who honestly cares about that? After Pike lost half its pledge class to AEPi, I would say number one has to be AEPi or Pi Kapp.
