pike’s headquarters is almost certainly conducting an internal investigation right now, reviewing chapter leadership, alcohol use, past events, and whether dangerous behavior like using fire at parties was part of a known pattern.

based on the severity of the injuries and public exposure, the chapter will very likely be placed on suspension while the investigation concludes and while the fraternity assesses whether the culture can be corrected or if the chapter needs to be paused or restructured.

People get sued for slipping and falling on ice on private property. It is very likely there will be lawsuits for the injuries that were a result of supposed criminal negligence causing bodily hard on private property.
