As leaders put in place to protect over a hundred girls you all failed on Tuesday night when not one of you stepped up and stopped this tradition. Especially Kate Ellis Abbey Butler Emma Pilon Abby Tetlow and Sophia G you are all the faces of this chapter. Time to release some statements. Who is Agd new member experience!!?

Be fr the girls want what’s best for their sisters y’all are just trying to find any reason to hate... At the end of the day, it is pike’s responsibility if they are hosting, whether you like it or not.

They both had to help plan this event. Not just Pike. Allowing and planning an event where an open fire was lit in a room lined with wrapping paper and filled with people, should have never been a situation people were placed in. Exec on BOTH ends failed to properly manage risk and prioritize safety.

huh? hosting doesn’t automatically mean full liability, especially when both organizations planned, promoted, and attended the PRIVATE event together. when a serious incident happens at a co-sponsored mixer, responsibility is reviewed for both chapters, not just the one whose house it occurred at?? come on now

did you know it’s possible to be BOTH a victim and responsible at the SAME time?
believe what you want but agd hq isn’t happy and they will be held accountable because thats how liability works since it was a joint event.

Lol u don’t know what you’re talking about. Pike threw the party and started the fire. Yes it was something planned with agd, but the accident is not their fault at all and there’s no reason why they should be held liable for something they are not responsible for.

both are to blame, it’s a nuanced situation it’s not one or the other. i’d say pike to more of an extent but agd isn’t off the hook there were many steps that could have been taken to prevent it.

More rules in place that protect everyone and are enforced by both parties. Training to ensure it’s followed. Not just sober sisters but sober brothers. This goes for all chapters not just agd/pike.
