Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 One good year doesn't make you the best frat...i'd still put these guys around 3 or 4 but definitely trending upwards their new pledge class and underclassmen actually know how to throw down

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.8 Phi psi isn't the best frat on campus, but it sure as hell isn't bottom tier. They did extremely well in rush, and throw good parties. I would give them top three, but like I said... Not sure about top frat.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.5 Gotta agree with them getting a lot of quality guys, and seriously, Steel was a surprise to go there. I really could have seen him at any of the usual top three frats, but he went there. Maybe that's saying something? I guess we'll see. They need good parties before I can agree with the top three thing. Definitely a solid possibility tho.
