Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 Phi Delt is a classic W&L fraternity. They have been in the top tier for a long, long time. They have a great brotherhood. Recently their social dominance has faded, simply because they don't have enough variety of events. Currently they coast on their own legacy to stay on top.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 Back in the day they were in the big three. The big three is pretty much gone now. Besides the fact that 2 are literally kicked off, the "middle" and "upper" tiers have closed their gap significantly. They have pretty good real estate (pumptown and a cabin) and they utilize their basement as well. Phi Delt is changing, just like the rest of the school, but they still have their old reputation and still have the same brotherhood and parties, leaving them in the same boat, year after year

Back in the day they were in the big three. The big three is pretty much gone now. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 1.8 On a strong decline for the last couple of years. Lots of inner fighting and repetitive pump town parties. Still holding on to the fact that they were once Big 3

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 Definitely a top tier with SAE gone, but it seems like pumptown could become a new Old House if they don't start doing anything else. They definitely go hard and have a lot of great guys. Rushing a few guys over 5'6" wouldn't hurt though. Overall, solid fraternity that pretty much everyone respects.

Definitely a top tier with SAE gone, but it seems like pumptown could become a new Old House if they don't start doing anything else. They definitely go hard and have a lot of great guys. Rushing a few guys over 5'6" wouldn't hurt though. Overall, solid fraternity that pretty much everyone respects.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 They are a great fraternity, definitely top-tier, but they need to have more events and be more involved and put their name out there or they will continue to decline. Pumptown is fine but it's all they do anymore. Hogback is under-utilized as well.
