Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.5 legitimately the chillest dudes on campus. their pledge class this year was quality over quantity and they should have no problem maintaining being a top frat even with only like 13 freshman. lots of athletes from different teams, hang out with the hottest girls, and throw bangin parties all the time.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.0 Top tier, sweet guys. Southern, attractive. Even if their pledge class is small I really like a few of the guys. Just an honest ranking. All fives or all ones doesn't help.
