Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Valparaiso University - VALPO 3.7 The Phi Psi's are great guys who do a ton around campus, are really friendly, and have somewhat of a social scene. It's a shame that at times they seem very clique-y within the fraternity and seem to always have a brother who's membership is up for questioning. They've got so many good guys...they just need to steer clear from bidding chumps who are just looking to party and won't help their chapter.
