On what everyone says I would say
Top Tier:
Kappa/DG

Theta (separated to emphasize difference but still top)

Upper tier:
Pi Phi/APhi-like many have said Pi phi is better with APhi still improving

Middle tier:
Tridelt/ADPi--tridelt has slipped and ADPi has improved

Lower tier
Gamma phi/ SDT--the first still better but slipping and SDT still improving

Bottom:
AChiO-great girls with united sisterhood

As everyone else has said these are the true rankings. A lot could change next year with the middle/lower tiers but all the houses are great. You've just got to pick the right one for you.

top tier-

third tier -

Totally agree. "reposting" from 2 weeks ago was about as accurate as we can say for now. now wait till fall - no use ranking over the summer folks! actually enjoy your lives instead of being cruel and vicious brats.

--the only houses that are depending on rush. everyone else will stay the same, but theta could slip even more next year. I would say the top tier houses are depending on rush for their places.

but i feel middle tier houses know they have very different things to offer. adpi will get the best sweet girls, tridelt will get the best fun/chill girls, and sidgelt is on a different playing field than gammaphi due to FR

rush is not going to make or break these houses. kappa/dg will still be on top. aphi/piphi will still be next and everything else will remain the same. stop overdramatizing and creating problems where there aren't any.

False. Rush does change things maybe not by major moves but no one has said a house will drop 5 places or one will go up by 5 because it doesnt but no one is saying that. Rush does change things saying it doesnt is complete bs.

is it just me, or does pi phi and alpha phi BOTH have cuter girls than theta? and just about the same amount of events with top fraternities, and so on...? like everyone got too caught up in defending pi phi or alpha phi that nobody noticed theta slipped
