I'm a 2013 spring admit and hope to be going through formal next fall. I am a legacy to a "top 4" and I've heard that if I list my legacy on my registration form the other top 3 will probably drop me after 1st round. Is this true?

Pi Phi didn't do great but they're def still above Tridelt, and have girls that match APhi's. Tridelt has cool girls but they're even with ADPi

No, i'd say pi phi and tri delt are equal... I don't understand the tridelt=adpi argument.. tridelt is significantly above adpi
